Lovely potted history of the BBC’s social media activity over the last 16 years from Jem Stone (head of social media & syndication for BBC Radio). I was fortunate enough to see much of this period through the lense of community building and management at the BBC, having been so involved with the now sadly departed BBC Collective, as well as having been a messageboard moderator more years ago than I care to think about.
